Job Responsibilities
* Perform potholing and utility locating using hand tools or vacuum excavation equipment
* Assist with HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) operations and daily crew activities
* Install conduit, innerduct, and underground utility pathways
* Install handholes, flowerpots, vaults, and other underground structures
* Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
* Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
Requirements
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
* Valid driver’s license preferred
* Construction, utility, fiber optic, or HDD experience is a plus but not required
About the Position
Seeking motivated individuals to join our HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) crews supporting fiber optic infrastructure projects throughout Wisconsin. No prior HDD experience required — training is provided.
