St. Dominic Catholic Church does not sponsor this event. We are only renting the space from them, so please direct all questions to my email, messenger or cell number.
Most booths are 10x10’. Electrical access is available on a first-come/first-serve basis. Doors will open on Saturday at 7am. Each vendor will receive 3 passes that you may leave at the front desk for helpers arriving later. Vendors will receive a 10% discount if they register for next year before we close for the day. Deadline for past vendors to register is May 1st. Advertising for new vendors will be published after May 1st.
Only one vendor per direct sale company will be allowed. We will also limit the number of direct sales vendors at each show. All vendors are encouraged to run specials or use coupons for future purchases.
Due to the popularity of our show, booth refunds will not be issued after September 1st. If you have reserved a booth, please plan to be there or find a substitute to take your spot. WE HAVE 800-1000 ppl come through the door, so you will be busy.
We will e-mail bag stuffers that you can use for any other shows before ours, a small ad suitable for church bulletins and company newsletters, and four posters.
Your booth fees and admission fees are donated to the charity of choice. The lunch counter and bake sale are sponsored by local charities.
To help insure the success of the event, all vendors are expected to post 4 posters (which will be mailed to you). Please be creative, and look for locations where women (the most likely shopper) would see them. Suggestions include: grocery stores, mini-marts, laundry mats, beauty salons, tanning spots, employer lunch rooms and bulletin boards, teacher lounges, churches, your own car window.
Please take advantage of Facebook to share and invite friends to the event. The Event page will be up by May 1st each year. I encourage you to enter conversations and pictures on our page. If you do not use Facebook, I encourage you to e-mail family/friends and invite them to the event.
Friday night set-up is available between 6 and 7pm. Please don’t come before that, as we need time to get the tables out and set up on the gym floor. If you are unable to find me when you arrive, I’m in the booth against the front wall. Saturday the doors open at 7am. At 8:30 all south doors are closed for the day and entry is only available through the north doors. Vehicles need to be moved away from the building preferably to the south since St. Pete Lutheran is also having a Craft Fair at the same time.
All vendors need to stay until the end of the show. This means 3pm.
If you have any questions or would like to send a vendor our way, please contact me.
