Your utilities are billed separately through Alliant Energy for electric and WPS for gas which averages under $100/month. Water, sewer, and trash average $25 or less per month.
The application fee is $25 per adult. Proof of income is required (3x monthly rent), if approved, the $100 amenity fee and security deposit is due prior to move in. There is also a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet along with $30 monthly pet rent, per pet.
